So we are on our Spring Break 2016 family vacation and decided to bring the kids to Branson Missouri. We have a motorhome so my husband found a little RV park as close as he could to the middle of Branson. And I have to say I am SO pleasantly surprised at this little gem of a park.
This little forest in the middle of Branson is fully equipped for RVs with full hook ups (electric, sewer and water) and has the cutest little cabins you can rent also. They have very clean bathrooms and showering facilities.
The entire park is nestled in with big beautiful pine trees and you truly feel like you are camping besides being able to see some of the lights from the attractions. We woke up this morning to a beautiful bird (I am not sure what it was) singing out by our motorhome and as my husband and I sat outside and drank our coffee and cute little squirrel decided to venture in to check us out..
The park has several side gates that lead you out to the strip so tons of attractions are within walking distance. And as many of you know my husband is an above the knee amputee so walking long distances is not an option for us. We only drove the RV and did not tow a car so we have picked many attractions that were close.
The Hollywood Wax Museum, Hannah’s House of Mirrors and things like that. I will be doing several posts about our trip so check them out to see more about what was good and what was not.
Back to the Musicland… David has been fantastic from the time my husband made the reservation until now. We called when we got close and he was ready for us to get us checked in even though it was late (about 8:30pm) and took us to the site; helped my husband get backed in and made sure we got everything hooked up perfectly and even made sure we had enough coax cable to get the television working. Everyone we have met that works here has been very nice.
It is called Musicland Kampground
We are just “Happy Campers in a Big City”
